By downloading, accessing, or using the Kaida Care mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

3. Eligibility
- The App is intended for individuals 18 years or older.
- By using the App, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
4. Nature of the Service
- The App connects pregnant mothers with qualified prenatal care clinicians.
- The App does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.
- The App is a communication tool, not a replacement for in-person diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Not share your account with others.
- Respect the clinicians and other users.
- Not upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
6. Clinician Responsibilities
- Provide accurate professional details (e.g., GMC/NMC numbers).
- Only offer advice within professional competence.
- Comply with applicable UK healthcare regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including logos, trademarks, and software, are owned by Kaida Care Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
9. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Kaida Care Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Health advice is provided by clinicians, not Kaida Care Ltd. We are not liable for medical outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaida Care Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to a claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective when posted in the App or on our website. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
